Три ведомства се намесиха, ще гласуваме ли с машини в неделя

Общо три институции удостовериха съответствието на машините за гласуване за балотажа на местните избори. Това са Министерството на електронното управление, Българският институт по метрология и Българският институт за стандартизация.

Екипите на трите ведомства са работили интензивно и в непрекъснат режим в последните дни, за да извършат процедурата и да осигурят протичането на честни и демократични избори в неделя.

Докладът за оценяване на съответствието на доставения тип техническо устройство за машинно гласуване с изискванията на Изборния кодекс и техническата спецификация и решението за удостоверяване са изпратени в Централната избирателна комисия.

В навечерието на местните избори избухна скандал след изнесена информация, че заместник-министърът на електронното управление Михаил Стойнов е заснел хеш кода на машините за гласуване. Самият Стойнов бе извикан на разпит в ДАНС. На извънреден брифинг ЦИК обяви, че отменя машинния вот и че гласуването на първи тур ще бъде само с хартия.

Това решение бе обжалвано от ПП-ДБ и съдът реши машините да се използват за балотажа. След решението ЦИК заповядва на трите институции незабавно да сертифицират машините за балотажа.

Gene therapy has the potential to treat a wide range of genetic disorders, including inherited conditions, as well as certain types of cancers and other acquired diseases. It offers the possibility of addressing the root cause of a disease rather than just managing its symptoms.

However, there are also challenges and risks associated with gene therapy, including the delivery of genetic material into cells, the potential for off-target effects, immune system reactions, and ethical considerations. Extensive research and careful clinical trials are necessary to ensure the safety and efficacy of gene therapy treatments before they can be widely used.
