Прокуратурата потвърди, че храмът “Св. Николай Мирликийски” в София е български. Министърът на регионалното развитие Андрей Цеков незабавно да предприеме действия за връщането му на хората. Това настоя съпредседателят на ПГ на ДПС Делян Пеевски в специална позиция, огласена от пресцентъра на ДПС.
След оповестената днес информация за резултатите от проверката за статута на храма „Св. Николай Мирликийски“, извършена от Върховна административна прокуратурата по сигнала, подаден от народните представители Бойко Борисов, Кирил Петков, Делян Пеевски и Ивайло Мирчев, съм удовлетворен от това, че се потвърдиха нашите обосновани предположения за това, че собствеността на храма е на българската държава, заяви Пеевски.
Очаквам министър Цеков незабавно да заведе дело за собствеността на храма. Като атакуват по съдебен път претенциите на руската държава към собствеността на църквата, българските институции ще защитят обществения интерес и храмът ще бъде отворен отново за хората, категоричен бе съпредседателят на ПГ на ДПС.
