Министърът на външните работи Николай Милков заяви, че България няма да приеме никакви формулировки, които да отреждат на македонските българи статут различен от този на останалите конституционно признати части от народи в Република Северна Македония.

Милков отговори на президента Стево Пендаровски, който нарече „скандално искането България да бъде част от процеса на конституционните промени“:
„Не става въпрос за намеса на България във вътрешните процеси в съседната ни държава. Ние в крайна сметка първи я признахме като независима държава. Става дума за съдздаване на атмосфера на доверие чрез една конструктивна комуникация, ако се прецени, че такава е възможна. Но по наша преценка това е крайно закъсняло и крайно необходимо – така че да вървим към едни пълноценни добросъседски отношения. Македонските българи трябва да получат най-накрая равноправие във всяко едно отношение както в рамките на конституцията, така и по-късно, след конституционните промени в рамките на законите“.

4. Isolation: Antarctica is located far away from other continents, making it extremely isolated. This means that it would be difficult to transport supplies and resources to and from the continent, as well as provide medical and emergency assistance.
5. Environmental Protection: Antarctica is considered a protected environment under the Antarctic Treaty System, which prohibits any commercial exploitation of its resources. This means that any permanent human settlement would have to prioritize environmental protection over economic activities.
Overall, while there are research stations and temporary bases in Antarctica, the extreme climate, lack of infrastructure, limited resources, isolation, and environmental protection measures make it unlikely for humans to establish a permanent settlement on the continent.
