Ставката за полагане на нощен труд да се повиши от следващата година, предвижда Проект на Заповед за изменение на Заповед № 8121 за определяне размерите на допълнителните възнаграждения за научна степен, за полагане на труд през нощта от 22,00 до 6,00 ч., за полагане на труд на официални празници, предаде Pariteni.bg.
Причината е приетото постановление от Министерски съвет, с което от 01.01.2024 г. минималната работна заплата става 933 лв. за страната, за пълен работен месец, при нормална продължителност на работното време 8 часа и 5-дневна работна седмица.
Повишава се и размерът на минималната часова работна заплата от 5,58 лв.
В момента наредбата предвижда за всеки отработен нощен час или за част от него между 22,00 ч. и 6,00 ч. на работниците да се заплаща допълнително трудово възнаграждение за нощен труд в размер не по-малък от 0,15 на сто от минималната работна заплата, установена за страната, но не по-малко от един лев.
Затова в заповедта се предлага размерът на допълнителното възнаграждение за всеки отработен нощен час да бъде променен от 1,17 лв. на 1,40 лв.
Промяната също ще влезе в сила от 1 януари догодина.
С друга промяна в Наредбата сновните месечни възнаграждения на държавните служители от Министерството на вътрешните работи размерът на началната заплата за част от длъжностите да се повиши от 780 лв. на 933 лв.
